Mitch Rosenberg
As a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional, Mitch Rosenberg, Ph.D., has personally experienced and successfully implemented a wide range of organizational solutions for “state of the art” companies.
Before forming M.M. Rosenberg & Associates, a consulting firm whose clients include Fortune 500 companies, Mitch Rosenberg was Chief Executive Officer for The Picerne Group, an international real estate firm.
Dr. Rosenberg served as Chief People Officer for Harmonic Communications; a Sequoia Capital-backed technology and marketing company, where he was responsible for leading the development of a “next generation” organizational environment.
As Executive Vice President and Director of Business Services for Ameriquest Capital Corporation, he was responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of human resources for 18,000 employees as well as corporate services functions for six reporting companies in the large, privately-held financial services holding company. Under his leadership, Ameriquest was a finalist in the Fortune 100 ‘Best Companies to Work For.’ He spent more than 12 years directing the human resource and organizational development functions for a number of large financial institutions, including Washington Mutual Bank, American Savings Bank and Great Western Bank and serves on the board of First Foundation Bank.
Dr. Rosenberg has delivered keynote speeches for a number of national conferences, including the American Bar Association, the U.S. Armed Forces and the American Bankers Association.
He earned a B.S. in Psychology from Ohio University, Masters of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University under the tutelage of Peter Drucker, regarded as the creator of modern management.
